SANDUSKY CAREER CENTER
Licensed Practical Nursing
LPN
Licensed ptractical nurses (LPN’s) help care for the sick, injured and well people of all ages. Students will work closely with patients in many health care settings.
Here's the Truth
There is a rumor going around that licensed practical nurses are being phased out of health care. That is absolutely false. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services expects LPN’s positions to grow 17.4% over the next couple of years. Many LPN’s use it as a stepping stone to becoming an RN. 100% of the graduates of the Sandusky Career Center School of Practical Nursing have positions in nursing or return to school within six months of graduation.
